Job Opportunity – Assistant Manager – Admin

LAMA Retail is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager-Admin to oversee the company’s day-to-day running. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives and the office staff as well.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative staff, including administrative assistants, office coordinators, and support personnel.
  • Assist in overseeing the efficient functioning of the office including managing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, canteen and other facilities.
  • Assist in developing the administration budget, monitoring expenditures and cost-saving opportunities by maintaining effective vendor relations.
  • Establish and maintain efficient records management systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Assist in managing organizational assets are effectively utilized, maintained and accounted for.
  • Assist in managing relationships with office service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Assist in collaborating with relevant stakeholders to plan office space, layout, and utilization to accommodate the needs of the organization.
  • Support in implementing office security measures and emergency procedures to safeguard employees and company assets.
  • Support in assembling travel itineraries and coordinating travel, accommodations and other related arrangements for conferences and official visits.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalence.
  • Minimum of 04-05 years of working experience in the admin department.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Strong leadership/administrative/organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Professional appearance and a pleasant, approachable demeanor.

Salary: 90k – 115k
