What We’re Looking For:
Qualification: ACCA / CA Inter / CA
Professional Qualification: Oracle Functional Consultant for Financials, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.
Experience:
- 6-8 years Oracle implementations as Project Lead for Financials, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.
- Industry experience in textile is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and the ability to influence and mentor teams.
- Skilled in systems analysis to predict operational and environmental impacts.
- Expertise in personal development planning, performance management, and process improvement.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adopt and integrate new technologies and mentor team members effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring Oracle EBS solutions are successfully mapped to business processes within timelines.
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze business processes, document requirements, and propose robust, innovative process flows.
- Supervise development, testing, deployment, and reconciliation efforts, ensuring successful go-lives.
- Oversee ERP support functions, including Oracle EBS, in-house applications, and other services.
- Ensure monthly and yearly financial closings with accurate transaction reconciliations.
