CCTV Supervisor
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the CCTV control room and CCTV operators.
- Monitor live and recorded footage to identify suspicious activities or breaches of security.
- Ensure all cameras, recording equipment, and surveillance software are functioning properly.
- Maintain logs, reports, and records of all activities, incidents, and maintenance checks.
- Respond promptly to incidents and coordinate with on-ground security teams when necessary.
- Conduct regular training and performance assessments for CCTV operators.
- Provide detailed reports of incidents to management with supporting footage and documentation.
- Oversee the backup and archiving of CCTV footage as per company policy.
- Report equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the IT or technical team.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in surveillance operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
