Who are we looking for?
Required Education & Experience:
· Preferably Master’s in Business Adm. Commerce, Economics, Agriculture, Banking or Accounting from an HEC recognized university.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in Collection & Recovery in a financial institution
Responsibilities:
Business Growth
· Job requires leadership skills which lead to manage a self-motivated team of professionals to purse outstanding debt.
· To create new techniques and steps to get the job done with maximum effectiveness.
· To ensure across the board utilization of collection system and monitoring of productivity MIS of collection.
· To make sure that collection team is well trained and have complete knowledge of work.
· To conduct one on one session with the staff and held regular monthly group session to appraise the staff about the business growth and collection performance.
· To share critical MIS’s with critical staff
· To monitor respective supervisor’s performance.
· Deploy, on demand, skilled resource to verify demographics and validate documents submitted to the bank seeking credit facility.
· Contact and qualifying own prospect & prospects identified through various channels.
Portfolio Management
· Assist fraud prevention function by deploying field agents on fraud recovery tasks on a need basis.
· To serve as the holder of strict adherence to productivity standards of collections.
· To ensure that proper infrastructure remains in place all the time and any/ all issues related to infrastructure is resolved on priority basis
· Forward Flows to be maintained within assigned targets
Service Quality
· Maintain open and effective communication with legal consults office and RHQ to facilitate successful settlement of debit through legal action.
· Address customer complaints in line with KMBL complaint handling guidelines
· Ensure that all Customer Services related complains/ queries to be resolved within TAT
Compliance
· To look after the performance of all the collections staff (tele-callers, Field officer, Collection officer and Collection supervisor)
· Liaison between the management and down the line staff.
· Thoroughly review Prudential Regulations for MFBs to ensure policy compliance.
Skills
· Default Collection Management.
· Well organized with excellent communication & time management skills.
· Customer focused and good understanding of SBP’s Fair Debt collection policies.
· Strong understanding of banking products especially credit products.
