Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Manager BPR & Governance.
- Business Process Reengineering
a) Identify, summarize, and communicate process reengineering and associated automation improvements to process / control owners (management-initiated projects or as a reviewer of SOPs, BRD and fraud/control failures).
b) Document to-be processes against as-is (where applicable). Plan and lead continuous improvement efforts utilizing BPR tools and methodologies. (Knowledge of LEAN tools is an advantage)
c) Strengthen internal controls by leveraging technology, process flow efficiency and automation/delegation where possible. Support in Control reviews.
d) Prepare information in support of manual resolution, process change and/or system adoption; present to appropriate leadership
e) Track, monitor, and report process improvements.
f) Use of process improvement methodologies and system-based solutions (automation and data analytics).
g) Effectively manage simultaneous priorities/projects.
- Customer Experience
a) Coach and mentor others on BPR methodology, to complete process improvement projects.
b) Assess process performance through collecting data from multiple sources to propose process/customer-experience enhancement opportunities.
c) Test reengineered processes from a customer experience perspective and incorporate user feedback in design prior to roll out and through lifecycle management.
- People Management
a) Effectively communicate potential upstream and downstream impacts to process owners and stakeholders for alignment & feedback.
b) Review and present recommended changes/automation with relevant stakeholders/committees for formal review and approval of recommended documents.
c) Assist (where applicable) with the training of process and control owners against reengineered processes/controls and automation improvements.
d) Maintain a repository of reengineered processes for ongoing management/other reporting.
e) Promote a continuous improvement culture across the business, coach and support team members in use of process tools and methodologies.
f) Coordinate with internal / external audit and SBP inspection regarding BPR and provide required data / information / responses upon requirement(s).
- Additional Tasks
a) Perform relevant additional tasks assigned by line management associated to BPR.
Required Education & Experience:
Preferably a Master’s degree in Business/Management Sciences, Technology, Risk Management or a related field from an HEC recognized / overseas University.
At least 7 – 10 years of experience in process improvement / customer experience / Risk Management / Governance / transformation management / internal or external audit. Financial services industry experience is of advantage.
