It is a full-time position based in our Corporate Office – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. Females are encouraged to apply.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from an HEC recognized/overseas university.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably with a Bank or financial institution.

Key Reponsibilities:

1. Plan & Develop Marketing & Branding Campaigns
   · Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
   · Provide strategic direction of all branding activities of Khushhali Microfinance bank, under the direction of the Head of Department.
   · Planning and development of branding campaigns (Corporate & Area) including sponsorships, promotions & events with support of in-house administrative team as necessary.
   · Planning and developing of product collaterals/copies/artworks with support of in-house administrative team as necessary.
   · Provide detailed timelines and budgets for all marketing/branding/training activities.
   · Manage advertising, branding and brand activation vendors.
2. Implementation of Marketing & Branding Plans
   · Execution all approved ATL/BTL marketing for KBL to enhance brand image and create awareness.
   · Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns at conferences, exhibitions and other promotional events.
   · Ensure relationships with media vendors and publishers are being maintained to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
   · Review implementation gaps and revise processes & procedures to improve turnaround time and execution.
   · Evaluate the requirements shared by other departments and coordinate with agency to ensure their timely completion.
3. Monitoring & Budgeting
   · Manage branding/promotional budgets with approval of Head of Department.
   · Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budgesst, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
   Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a · marketing campaign.
   · Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing expenses to ensure targets are met.
   · Ensure branding guidelines are being adhered to by KMBL employees, departments and branches.
4. Corporate Advertising & Event Management
   · Managing all designing activities including: Advertisements, Backdrops, Shop Fascias, Posters, Calendars, Brochures, Employees Cards, Greeting Cards, and Souvenir for KMBL Anniversary, Shields and Certificates souvenirs as per requirement of events.
   Corporate advertising and facilitation to all departments for releasing their advertisements.
