Who are we looking for?
- Minimum Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science / Engineering from a HEC recognized/overseas university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous availability, optimal performance, and smooth operation of MPG production services.
- Manage and resolve production issues through effective vendor coordination.
- Implement application upgrades, changes, and enhancements for performance, security, and business needs.
- Supervise technical support for switch applications, interfaces, and payment systems.
- Conduct POC, SIT, and UAT for new modules and system enhancements.
- Provide expert technical support for Call Center CRM/IVR, IRIS, Host interfacing, and banking payment technologies.
- Maintain system configurations, transaction logs, and application controls in line with audit and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate change requests, system enhancements, reporting, and data extraction needs.
- Proactively manage workload, communicate risks, and ensure service continuity.
- Prepare and maintain technical, project documentation, and presentations.
Skills:
- Strong experience with ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 message formats, payment flows, and switch ecosystems.
- Expertise in RAAST (G2P, P2P, P2M), SBP APIs, and related payment network integrations.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs across multiple business lines.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys, IVR/CTI, 1LINK, and SBP/RAAST certifications.
- Good understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
- Lead, coach, and coordinate teams and vendors to ensure accountability and delivery.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and undertake additional assignments as required.
