Should be able to lead and participate in producing deliverables, including architecture, technical innovation, code development, and functional testing to the highest quality standards.
A complete appreciation of agile development methodology and the ability to work closely with all involved stakeholders while providing actionable quantitative and qualitative insights on improving the development process. The ability to work in a rapid delivery-focused environment is a must
