• The position is responsible to look after customer complaints/Request/Queries and arranges to resolve the same in the pre-defined TAT (Turn Around Time)
• Coordination with the other relevant departments for resolution of customer complaints.
• Calling customer and following up to resolve their complaints.
• Managing complaints and queries information.
• Arranging deposit, refund cheques, and following-up with the required customers when necessary.
• Arranging to reconcile receipts and payments and processing of refunds for any excess payment.
• Coordinate with the sale team for onward resolution of the complaints and requests.
• Arranging to investigate policy documents pertaining to courier service provider.
• Arranging & dispatching request letters to customers.
• Maintaining MIS for complaint letter received & route the same for filling once complaints are resolved.
• Arrangement of the premium deduction based on the customer complaint.
• Presentable with Strong written and oral communication skills
• The person must be well-organized, efficient, and productive under pressure.
