JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Lead the conceptualization, development and enhancement of insurance products in alignment with customer needs, market trends and the digital strategy.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from business case creation and design to go-to-market execution and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate closely with pricing, underwriting, distribution and digital teams to ensure timely product rollouts and commercial competitiveness.
- Outbound Sales Oversight
- Drive the performance of the outbound call center team through effective lead targeting, campaign alignment and results monitoring.
- Work with digital and marketing teams to align outbound sales scripts, product messaging and promotional offers.
- Track and report performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales per agent, contact-to-lead ratio) and identify improvement levers.
- Customer Experience Leadership
- Own and refine key customer journeys across onboarding, engagement and servicing stages – both digital and assisted.
- Leverage Voice of Customer (VOC), complaints and behavioural insights to identify friction points and improve experience outcomes.
- Work alongside the CDSO to co-drive strategic CX transformation and ecosystem-wide experience enhancements.
- Product & Sales Enablement Collateral
- Oversee the creation of brochures, sales kits, digital explainers, pitch decks and onboarding materials for internal and external use.
- Ensure all customer-facing and sales content is aligned with the brand voice, compliant with regulations and optimized for clarity and persuasion.
- Collaborate with the traditional marketing team to align messaging and creative output.
- Data-Driven Execution & Continuous Improvement
- Develop BI, digital and marketing analytics to monitor product uptake, campaign results and outbound sales performance.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making, test-and-learn strategies and targeted interventions.
- Establish KPIs across product adoption, outbound performance and customer satisfaction to track impact and drive accountability.
- Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as a key integrator across product, sales, marketing, CX and digital functions – ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines and messaging.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for content creation, sales training materials and outbound script refinement.
- Actively participate in strategic planning, roadmap reviews and growth initiatives under the leadership of the CDSO.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-12 years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, customer experience or outbound sales strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results across product, marketing and sales verticals.
- Strong commercial acumen, customer-centric thinking and execution orientation.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation, sales enablement, customer lifecycle design or performance marketing is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field (required).
- MBA preferred, particularly with a concentration in Strategy, Marketing or Digital Business.
