We are Hiring DY. MANAGER (HR & COMPLIANCE) we are seeking a qualified and experienced Dy. Manager (HR & Compliance) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, labour laws and regulatory requirements, while supporting effective HR operations, employee relations and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
What we are looking for:
LLB, Master in HR (in addition to LLB) will be preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR and compliance, preferably in a large industrial organization.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations and HR policies.
Experience in compliance monitoring, audits, documentation and reporting.
Ability to handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievance handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR reporting systems is a Must.
Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
