Job Description:
• Achieves manufacturing operations objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works
• Optimize equipment according to SOPs, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all KPIs
• Ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of designated manufacturing areas.
• Plan and implement schedule maintenance program for plant.
• Assure compliance with local and company Safety and Engineering standards rules, policies, and laws to maintain a safe workplace.
• Assist Line Manager to coordinate with Quality information feedback with QA e.g. QA Audits, Complaints, Trend Analysis Reports etc.
Skills:
• Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma would be an added advantage
• Leadership/Team player/Presentation skills
• Knowledge of SAP
