Job Description:
- Coordinate export operations from factory, transporters, clearing agents, freight forwarders and shipping lines
- Coordinate pre-shipment & post-shipment documentation: Inspection, Shipment booking etc.
- Coordinate for timely submission of documents to bank & dispatch to buyer
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and factory for timely production of orders
- Coordinate with customers and keeping track of in-hand orders
- Generating customer invoices and follow-up for payments
- Processing vendor bills & invoices for payment
