◼ Key Responsibilities:
◾ Develop and Maintain QMS for Pathology & Radiology:
Implement and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) tailored to both pathology and radiology services, in alignment with ISO standards.
◾ ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 15189 Standards:
Lead the development and application of local standards compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 15189 for laboratories and diagnostic imaging services.
◾ Regulatory Compliance in Healthcare:
Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal healthcare regulations in Pakistan, ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in both lab and imaging operations.
◾ Comprehensive Audits:
Conduct detailed audits across pathology lab processes, radiology services, and suppliers, ensuring that quality benchmarks are consistently met.
◾Enhance Quality Across Services:
Identify and implement quality improvements in both pathology and radiology services, working with teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively applied.
◾ Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze quality data from lab results and imaging services, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
◾ Staff Training & Development:
Lead tailored training programs for both laboratory and radiology teams, ensuring staff are well-versed in the latest quality standards and protocols
◾ Oversee Testing & Imaging Validation:
Ensure consistency and accuracy in pathology testing and radiology diagnostics by overseeing quality control processes and equipment validation.
◾ Adherence to Diagnostic Standards:
Ensure full compliance with international and local diagnostic industry standards for both lab and imaging services.
◼ Education and Experience:
◾ Master’s Degree or Equivalent:
A Master’s degree in Quality Management, Medical Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Equivalent qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered.
◾ Certification in ISO Standards:
Certification and hands-on experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 15189 standards, specifically within diagnostic, pathology, or radiology environments.
◾ Regulatory Liaison Expertise:
Proven experience in liaising with provincial and federal regulatory bodies in healthcare, ensuring full compliance with local healthcare regulations and standards.
