We’re looking for a Coordinator (Academic Department) to join our team and support the smooth functioning of departmental academic and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Coordinate departmental academic and administrative activities
📌 Assist HoD and faculty with scheduling classes, meetings, and events
📌 Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation
📌 Facilitate communication between faculty, students, and administration
📌 Support course registration processes
📌 Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence
📌 Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ 16 years of education (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or a related field
✔️ 2–3 years of relevant experience
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office applications
✔️ Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively across departments
