B.Sc. Textile Engineering / BBA / MBA with 9 to 12 years of experience required in the Garment manufacturing
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the production function. The objective is to achieve optimal utilization of resources, maintain high-quality levels, and meet production targets (including loading schedules, quality standards, and cost). Key responsibilities include planning the stitch-to-pack production process, ensuring smooth execution of the production plan, maximizing equipment utilization, practical experience in sewing automation.
