Job Title: Management Trainee – HR

Role Overview:
As a Management trainee HR, you will undergo structured learning and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, learning & development and compliance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, assessments and interview coordination.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong company culture.
- Assist in HR operations, including onboarding, payroll and employee record management.
- Work on learning & development (L&D) programs, tracking employee training progress.
- Assist in HR analytics, generating reports, trend analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in dashboards, predictive analytics and ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
🎯 Experience: 0-1 year of HR-related experience.
🔍Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
📊 Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS/HCM software is a plus.
