Innovative Biscuits is hiring a Manager – Mechanical & Maintenance for their plant located 23 KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Mechanical Engineering
- 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in a similar position
- Experience working in the Food/FMCG industry is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied.
- Have a solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems, etc.
