Imtiaz is seeking a dynamic and resourceful “Officer – Talent Acquisition” to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent and supporting the recruitment process to ensure we build a high-performing workforce.

Location: Head Office, Karachi.

Qualification:
Master’s in Human Resources.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Job Description:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job portals), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly hiring reports and recruitment analytics.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background checks.
  • Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
