Principal Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Managing Database- Custodian of Contracts Management
Timely & Accurate Generation of Commission, Periodic Incentives under Contractual Terms.
Tracking the missing revenues with database & tracking tools & also report any un-usual trend.
Verification of yearly incremental percentage being applied on Static Revenue (Branding/ Shelving)
A/P & GRN’s Reconciliations with customer GL Accounts in order to get the accurate commission figures.
Negotiations at the back end on contractual terms.
Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training:
BBA/MBA at least 3.5+ C-GPA
Must be proficient in making Dashboards, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA’s, Linking, Power Pivot, Index, Match, Sumifs, Countifs, etc
Candidate have completed financial modeling course and advanced excel course-both.
Extra ordinary presentation and analytical skills.
Experience:2-3 years in similar capacity

Managing projects, developing project plans, and designing Dashboards/Models.
On/Off Invoice Discount Analysis Top 40 blue-chips
Designing Benchmarks/KPIs for variance analysis between Actual vs. Target Revenue
Industry & category wise revenue analysis, to unfold extra margins/discounts.
Designing a mechanism to manage the expired contract to its renewal.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas findings.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies, working on multiple projects side by side
Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training:
