🎓 Qualification:
- MBA – HRM from a recognized institution.
💼 Required Experience & Skills:
- 4 – 5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the
Supply Chain / Logistics industry. - Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques and talent
market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple
hiring priorities.
