- Minimum Education: Matric / Intermediate with relevant certification.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Physical/Mental Fitness: Physically and mentally healthy and committed to discipline and order.
- Character: Of good character and background.
- Working Hours: Prepared to work day and night shifts.
Responsibilities (ذمہ داریاں)
- Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property.
- Strictly monitor entry and exit points in the hospital to ensure only authorized individuals and essential supplies gain access.
- Deal with patients, visitors, workers, and parking issues with tact and sensitivity.
- Report any security incident immediately and follow up with detailed reports.
- Ensure the safety of patients and staff and direct them during emergencies.
- Maintain order in public areas, waiting rooms, and general departments.
- Wear the uniform, badge, and ID clearly at all times.
- Keep hospital property and equipment safe and protected from theft or damage.
- Assist in carrying out the hospital’s safety procedures and emergency drills (such as fire drills, code calls, etc.).
- Report all daily activities and incidents promptly and accurately.
- Assist in handling the internal administration and reporting to relevant government bodies.
