🚀 Hiring: Manager Finance
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager Finance to lead our finance function and drive financial performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Develop strategies to enhance profitability and sustainable growth
- Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis & management dashboards
- Review & present statutory financial reporting and company performance on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly segment-level reporting and analysis for overall organizational planning
- Identify major variances in revenue and expenses
- Analyze and provide detailed reasons for variances in coordination with department heads
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, FBR, SRB, WHT & Labor Laws
- Manage cash flow, banking, AP/AR & vendor disbursements
- Lead annual audits and coordinate with legal & regulatory bodies
- Strengthen internal controls and safeguard company assets
- Mentor, evaluate, and develop the Finance team
🔹 Requirements:
- MBA (Finance) / ACCA / ICMA
- 4–5 years of managerial finance experience
- Strong expertise in financial reporting & management accounts
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (preferred)
- Strategic thinking, risk assessment & leadership skills
