Roles & Responsibilities

Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function
Reporting including statistics, analysis to support sales department to take a better decision
Daily Report
Weekly Report
Monthly Report
Charts to analyze data
Sales and Operations Presentation
Customer & Sales Dashboard
Create & Oversees workflow of all business process
Initiate and track orders
Assist Finance & Marketing in budget management to ensure we are not over spending
Assist Marketing Department in developing marketing calendar and promotions according to business needs
Help in the execution part through incentives or other activities ( internally with sales team or externally with suppliers/BU’s )
Monitor forecast accuracy and work with Sales Manager to improve it
Ensure branch availability all the time through tracking tools and coordination with other function
Manage and lead all assigned/related projects ( IT , Finance , Supply Chain , HR )
Provide supplier/BU with required data after budget alignment /agreed joint plans
Achievements tracking vs. target through the daily , weekly or monthly reporting
Following up on credit limit and ensure customers have the right limit and follow up on collection
Create action plan when needed for any assigned task
Responsible for the communication of the food service (internally and externally)
Managing any pricing changes when needed along with the proper communication internally & externally
Manage , update and control customer data base
Work on data cleansing when needed , and customer classification
Existing call center activities ( customer surveys & Tele Sales )
Achieve assigned tele sales target
Ensure all customers queries and problems are resolved properly and quickly
Provide all customers with an outstanding service level to maintain a good experience
Stay informed of all new products and services and ensure all team members are properly trained to handle all related questions
Manage the implementation of the CRM system ( if applicable )

Job Summary

The Go-to-Market Operations Executive will manage processes, tools and reporting in order to maximize efficiency within the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success at IFFCO. They will support the company’s revenue goals by collaborating across the organization, driving change management, designing and maintaining the enablement program and ensuring business strategy drives execution. efficiency within the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success at IFFCO.

KPIs

Implementation of Sales Force Automation
Ensure Timely Circulation of DSR, ECO, FCS, OSA and other reports
Compilation & Maintenance of Customer Master file
Conducting Effective Business Review Meetings
Development of Customer Creation SOP and Controls

Work experience requirement: Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Sales and Trade marketing /Customer Service / Sales Operations in FMCG industry.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing Management
