- Manage ICI Pakistan’s Performance Management System based on best practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management process across the organisation.
Talent Management:
Responsible for managing Talent Management processes, focusing on the development of innovative talent strategies that address the diverse needs of our business and our people.
Job Evaluation:
Serve as the point of contact for all end to end job evaluation related matters. This covers the input in job description development, review of job evaluation material, management of JE panels and taking the responsibility of knowledge management
