Minimum Selection Criteria
– Recent Bachelors from a reputed university
– Minimum GPA of 3.0
– Candidates must be below 26 years of age
Selection Process
First Round: Aptitude testing centers are set-up at the time of recruitment.
Second Round: This involves an interview with senior Management, where further short listing takes place.
Third Round: This is the last round of the process. Short listed candidates are scheduled for a final interview with members of our executive management team and after the interview the chosen candidates are offered the position.
