ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Business Development Manager, Industrial Chemicals segment for the Chemicals & Agri Sciences business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish sales plans and strategies to sustain the business, expand the customer base, contribute to the development of new products and conduct training/educational programs for the sales team and key accounts.
· Attain assigned sales and market share goals.
· Conduct and report market activity scans, including product and market surveys for gap identification at at the territory level and to identify appropriate counter strategies.
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to all direct and indirect clients and timely handle customer complaints.
· Responsible for recoveries and maintaining customer outstanding as per Company policy.
· Achieve (%) sales and profitability targets in the region.
· Conduct forecasting and ensure inventory/stock management.
