Job Description
- Foster, maintain, and strengthen client relationships post-sale
- Aid client in determining any integration and optimization questions and concerns
- Assist clients in documenting, capturing, defining, and sharing financial value
- Develop solutions to client requirements, suggest best practices and benefits to clients
- Maintains a working general and technical knowledge of i2c Inc. products and services
- Sound understanding of client issues from both business and technical perspectives
- Liaise with Engineers and Product Managers to seamlessly provide excellent client service
- Suggest and promote i2c Inc. products and services, based on client technical needs and wants
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with a variety of roles
- Provides internal feedback, based on client communications
