Executive – Trainings (Dealer Development) Join our team.
The Executive – Training (Dealer Development) role involves comprehensive support in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs for dealership staff. The key responsibilities include organizing training logistics such as schedules, venues, and materials, while also assisting in onboarding new dealerships employees through induction trainings. The executive also handles LMS and e-learning functions by uploading modules, monitoring user engagement, and troubleshooting access issues. Additionally, the role involves collecting feedback, maintaining records, and reporting training outcomes, while actively coordinating with dealership stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups before and after training programs.
Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA from any reputable institute.
Requirements:
- Minimum 02 to 03 years of experience.
- Proficient in using MS. Office suite.
- Quick learner with willingness to travel and grow into an independent trainer.
