- Collaborate with teams to create brand-aligned content.
- Enhance videos with color correction, motion graphics, and sound editing.
- Produce short-form content (clips, teasers, reels) and stay updated on trends.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in motion graphics and sound design is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media video trends and how they impact audience engagement.

PROGRAMMING MASALA DEPARTMENT

- Assist in daily live show coordination and operations.
- Manage social media content and engagement for the festival.
- Be actively present on-site during the event day.
- Support the team with event logistics and on-ground tasks.

- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous event or social media experience is a plus.
- Ideally a female candidate with previous event or social media experience.
