We are Hiring.
Position: CCTV Operator
Department: Security / Administration
Location: Hotel Tourmaline
Requirements:
Monitor CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems continuously.
Maintain vigilance over guest areas, entrances, exits, parking, corridors and other sensitive locations.
Identify and promptly report suspicious activities, incidents or security concerns.
Maintain CCTV recordings and ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment.
Coordinate with Security, Front Office and Management during incidents.
Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information.
Prepare incident reports and maintain relevant records.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Qualification
Minimum Intermediate qualification.
Diploma/Certificate in CCTV, Security Management, IT or a related field will be an advantage.
Skills
Good knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems and monitoring software.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Strong observation and attention to detail.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to remain alert and calm during emergencies.
Good record-keeping and confidentiality.
Physically and mentally capable of working long/rotational shifts.
Experience – Hotel Related
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a CCTV Operator, preferably in a hotel, resort, guest house or other hospitality establishment.
Experience in monitoring hotel guest areas, entrances/exits, parking and other sensitive locations will be preferred.
Candidates with relevant security surveillance experience in reputable organizations may also be considered.
Retired Army Officer will be given Preference.
