Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager Accounts to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial and management reporting, taxation, audit coordination, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and product costing. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient execution of accounting functions.
✅ Prepare and oversee monthly and annual financial & management reports with deep financial analysis.
✅ Ensure accurate general ledger (GL) maintenance and compliance with accounting standards.
✅ Coordinate and facilitate external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
✅ Oversee tax matters, including tax return filings, compliance with regulations, and liaising with tax authorities.
✅ Manage vendor & supplier payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
✅ Conduct product costing analysis to support business profitability and decision-making.
✅ Work effectively with ERP systems (SAP preferred) to streamline financial reporting and data management.
✅ Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
✅ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
✅ Communicate financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Education: MBA, M.Com, CMA, ACCA, or CA Finalist.
📅 Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a private limited company, preferably in the steel sector.
💻 Technical Skills: Strong command of ERP systems (SAP preferred), financial reporting, and advanced Excel.
