HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for an “IT Support Executive” to join its IT team.
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Travelling Required: Yes
Eligibility Criteria:
• Requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience is required in a reputable organization, preferably in a retail company.
The aspirant should have strong command over:
• Install & configure Operating system, Applications etc.
• hardware installation or repair.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware software faults.
• operationalization of user machines, Office Printers, Copiers, Scanners.
• Problem Solving Skills
• Task Management
• Time Management
