Trainee – Site Quality Operations
Key Accountabilities
- Acquire understanding of the company’s operations, policies and procedures through continuous learning and updated knowledge on industry trends.
- Assist in planning, executing and monitoring assigned projects.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals, contributing ideas and insights.
- Identify areas for process improvement and offer solutions to enhance productivity.
- Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage tasks and responsibilities.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from a Reputable University
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- CGPA 3.2 above OR 80% marks
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
