We are hiring. Key Account Manager – Institutional Business
Key Accountabilities
- Identify sales opportunities, assess account potential, and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure new products are added to formularies and maximize existing business.
- Development of long-term relationships with Key Accounts
- Oversee institutional orders, stock levels, and timely execution with IBR coordination.
- Track IBR performance, manage payments, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Maintain records, achieve sales targets, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales for product presentations to formulary members and purchasing authorities.
- Facilitate communication across teams and provide regular updates through Daily Call Reports and meeting feedback.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Graduate or Bachelor in Pharmacy.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Key Accounts Business.
- Proper implementation and understanding of the KAM concept.
