Area Manager – Trade
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Target of assigned Product portfolio.
- Ensure Product Availability & Visibility at Pharmacy Level through effective RTM Model and Regular Market visits.
- Engage & Visit Top End Retail Customers on regular basis to build long term Business Relationship.
- Negotiate Quarterly & Annual Contracts with Key Customers to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
- Ensure Effective & Timely execution of Trade Activations, Trade Activities & Promotions to achieve desired growth objective.
- Close liaison with Business Partners to ensure execution of Distribution KPI’s.
- Effective utilization of Trade Budget & Resources.
- Team Management, Coaching & Development.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Qualification: Bachelors (preferably MBA)
- Knowledge of Key Accounts Management
- Minimum 3-5 years Trade Marketing Experience in FMCG or MNC Pharma – Consumer Division
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Hands on Experience MS Office.
