Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the RO plant, including monitoring water quality parameters and ensuring optimal performance.
- Oversee the ozonation process to ensure proper disinfection and compliance with water safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain storage tanks, ensuring proper sanitation and preventing contamination.
- Supervise filling and sealing machine operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Monitor chemical dosing systems, including handling of chemicals like sodium hypochlorite, antiscalants, and pH adjusters.
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduation
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a similar role within the beverage, water bottling, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of RO systems, mineralization (including specific mineral dosing), ozonation, and automated filling/sealing machinery.
- Experience with chemical dosing systems and handling of water treatment chemicals.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, health & safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
