Requirements & Responsibilities
- Develop & implement strategic plans for the engineering department of properties in alignment with the group’s goals, including future expansion.
- Conduct quarterly inspections of Engineering departments across the group to ensure Corporate SOPs are being implemented.
- Oversee implementation of Engineering Audit recommendations through properties’ Chief Engineers and provide rectification solutions to improve standards and increase efficiency.
- Ensure effective financial management of the properties’ engineering divisions and ensuring the HLP costs remain within budget.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fire and safety standards across the board.
- Lead engineering efforts during the pre-opening phase of new properties and various brands within the Hospitality Division.
Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, masters preferred.
Experience Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the hospitality industry. Pre-opening experience preferred.
