Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for Logistics Support Officer for its Logistics Department based at Shikarpur.
The position is responsible to ensure safe and secure Logistics operations, tank lorry daily checking, vehicle journey management, product filling and receipt operations, maintaining liaison with internal and external bodies, HSE Security, Administrative, and other functions.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure smooth and uninterrupted supplies.
- Ensure fleet availability as per requirements.
- Fair distribution of loads among carriage contractors.
- Vendor Journey Management.
- Daily checking of tank lorry safety, ETA/ATA
- Timely preparation and submission of management reports.
- Ensure product filling and receipt operations
- Maintaining liaison with internal and external bodies, HSE Security, Administrative, and other functions.
EDUCATION: B.E in Mechanical or Equivalent/ BBA
LOCATION: Shikarpur
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably of an omc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Understanding of terminal operations, loading, unloading of tank lorries and pipeline.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
