AREA SALES MANAGER – LUBRICANTS INDUSTRY NORTH
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales, profitability, & DSO targets as per assigned portfolio/territory.
- Develop and practice the GTM strategy, assessing market/customer need and mapping it on FUCHS Portfolio.
- Business development in assigned segments like Cement/Oil & Gas/Fleet/Construction/Gen. Manufacturing & etc.
- Submission of Sales Reporting Documents (PLM, DVR, Ageing, Sales from OLD Stock & Sales Vs Forecast accuracy).
- Handling of distributor channel of existing & prospect.
- To increase sales and achieve assigned targets.
Education: BSc Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in industry fleet sales, tender, Oil & Gas, textile, and distribution channel.
Skills:The candidate must have knowledge of OMC operations and must be proficient in MS Office, communication, and negotiation skills. Should have in-depth knowledge of lubricants and machine applications.
