Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate along with relevant certification
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience preferably in a reputed hospital
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the work of housekeeping staff and ensure that hospital and other facilities are kept clean and tidy
• Enforce staff compliance with hospital safety and sanitation policies
• Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis. Checking rooms and other areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Scheduling shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Responding to customer complaints and special requests
