Haier Pakistan is looking for a Sales Operations Associate at Haier Pakistan Head Office.
Job description:
· Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness
· Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
· Designing sales incentives to drive business objectives
· Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
· Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
· Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance
· Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
· Collaborating with marketing and finance teams to align sales operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Education: MBA / BBA
Experience:2 to 3 years of the relevant field (experience in home appliances or electronics would be preferred).
