Position: Operation Section Incharge (P2)
Responsibilities:
- Monthly budget analysis.
- 6S & Safety planning and assure safe environment for manpower.
- Project analysis and Department evaluations on weekly and monthly basis.
- KPI Auditing on monthly basis and assure 100% correct KPIs and efficiency.
- HODS PUI Making and approval from all concerns as per timeline.
- Weekly meeting presentation making and share with operation and align all HODs for weekly meeting.
- Meeting efficiency as per given target from management side.
- SOPs assurance as per plan new SOPs development and existing SOPs implementation.
- Meeting and reporting management efficiency.
- Monthly, Half year and annual Business meeting arrangements and assure Business plan activity as per timeline.
- Key tasks project assurance as per timeline.
- Workers management projects and team building activity
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate, preferably MBA
- Experience: 5-6 Years of Relevant Experience
- Good presentation and data analysis skills
