Key Responsibilities:
·To Provide Comprehensive, Accurate and Timely Services to Head HR
·To Develop and Implement HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· To Prepare and Process Monthly Payroll Error Free and Ensure to Meet the Deadlines
· To Ensure the Accuracy and Timely Process of all External Parties Summary on Monthly Basis for Bills
· To Verify Expense Claims and all types of Vouchers
· To Develop, Analyze and Update the Company’s Annual Budget, Bonus, Increments and Promotions
· To Develop and Implementation of Cost Reduction Projects
· To Manage Employee Loan Provision, Provident Fund and Deduction as Per Policy
· To Develop and Implement HR Strategies
· To Deal with Legal Requirements Related to HR, Reducing Legal Risks and Ensuring Regulatory Compliance Dealing with EOBI, Social Security and Labor Department for Employee Related Issues
· To Manage the Activities of Compensation and Benefits
· Any Other Task assigned by HOD
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience: 6-7 Years (in Manufacturing Industry)
