Position : Assistant Manager Tax
Job Responsibilities:
- Submit quarterly withholding statements of group companies.
- Verify withholding tax certificates, related to tax deductions, issued to vendors.
- Ensure monthly salary tax deduction and deposit for employees.
- Ensure compliance of depositing advance tax collected from distributors and retailers.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers and MIS for tax collection and calculation issues.
- File monthly sales tax returns for group companies.
- Match all purchase invoice details in SAP for input tax claims.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and vendors for tax-related concerns.
- Submit Annex-E (Excisable Sales) and Annex-J (Stock Position) with accurate monthly data.
- Compile complete sales, purchase, and tax data for tax and FED payments.
- Reconcile Sales Tax Input, Sales Tax Output, Sales Tax withheld (input), Sales Tax Withheld (output), FED Input and FED output General Ledgers with Financials.
- Implement SAP changes as per new amendments in sales tax, FED, and further tax.
- Preparation of working of all types of tax notices and ensure its compliance with regulatory authorities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Group Manager Taxation.

- Education: MBA/M.Com/ACCA.
- Experience: 3-4 Years of experience.

Position: Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, upload bank statements, and post entries in SAP.
- Manage monthly outlet discount disbursements via EasyPaisa and U-Paisa for both franchises, including verification of trade discounts and preparation of disbursement files.
- Coordinate with Sales and Internal Audit teams to ensure timely and accurate discount settlements.
- Prepare MTD and YTD distributor-wise discounted volume analyses for senior management review.
- Develop quarterly sales performance analyses to assess target achievements and support management approval for exclusivity fee releases.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Verify purchase invoices with relevant departments prior to system processing.
- Post all types of invoices in SAP, ensuring proper matching with Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Prepare weekly vendor aging and balance analyses for review and approval.
- Verify active/inactive and filer/non-filer status of suppliers through the FBR portal for withholding tax compliance.
- Post entries for vendor payments in SAP.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice, sales tax, and payment-related queries.
- Record monthly expense accruals to support timely financial closing.
- Reconcile supplier ledgers and resolve variances.
- Prepare and issue debit and credit notes to suppliers.
- Execute online vendor payments in accordance with approved schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Education: CA Inter or ACCA qualified.
- Experience: 5-7 Years of experience in sugar industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
