Position Available: Assistant Manager – Human Resource
Description:
*Recruitment for all management and non-management positions.
*Process company-wide Annual Performance Appraisal.
*Develop company-wide Annual Manpower Budget.
*Supervise entire Training & Development program.
*Represent HR in all internal & external HR/Compliance Audits.
*General Operations, Compensation comparison, updation of JDs and organograms, other administrative tasks of HR Department.
Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience (FMCG experience is preferred)
Education: MBA(HR).
