Position: System Support Officer
Key Responsibilities include:
- Monitor & maintain network performance , internet connectivity.
- Manager day to day IT support across the organization, including troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows, Linux-based system.
_ User account creation and credentials across platforms including ( MDaemon, Thunderbird and internal file server). - Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, printers and network devices.
- Perform monthly backups and weekly incremental backups of user data across the network.
- Support video conferencing and virtual meetings.
Required Education: BS Computer Science
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
