Position Available: Asst. Manager Refinery

Description:

1. To lead production plan execution.
2. Hands on experience of running physical, chemical and fractionation plant.
3. Responsible for oil and chemical stock reconciliation.
4. Responsible for producing quality products with optimum cost.
5. To verify & implement all process parameters (physical refinery,chemical refinery fractionation plant, acid oil as per quality plan of product.
6. Responsible for smooth plant operation.
7. Record keeping and data management of plant operations.
8. Troubleshooting and Maintenance management.
9. To ensure safety measure in plant during operation.
10. To be responsible for accurate staffing of tanks for Raw and Finished oil tanks.
11. To maintain healthy human relation & discipline among available shift personnel.
12. Shall keep liaison with Q.A/QC chemist & maintenance staff for smooth & quality production.
13. Shall be responsible for maintaining inventory of consumable & chemicals required for production
14. To ensure and assure that plant is running with defined SOP.
15. Follow the rules & regulation laid down by management time to time.

Education: Bachelors degree (BE) in Mechanical or Chemical.

Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in a large scale edible oil sector only.
