We are hiring – Relationship Manager Commercial North (Grade OGII – AVPII)
We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our dynamic team for the role of Relationship Manager Commercial in Lahore.
Education: Minimum Bachelors
Experience: 5 years

Job description:
1) To effectively manage prospective and existing corporate relationships in order to ensure achievement of targets in terms of profit, fee based income, trade volumes, cross sell etc.
2) To continuously monitor and assess financial health and credit quality of the customers/ industry (ies) within the portfolio to proactively manage the potential risks involved in future transactions.
3) To analyze credit proposals by looking at financial risk profile, repayment capability, security adequacy and industry position; also to undertake external environment analysis to understand its impact on credit portfolio.
4) To ensure that the credit facilities have been properly structured and are in no way in violation of internal or external regulations/bank policy(ies).
5) To develop, enhance and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure revenue / profit targets are met /exceeded.
6) To prepare a structured calling program to identify business opportunities and explore customer needs with the aim of matching the bank’s products.
7) To provide regular updates to STLs/TLs on performance of the accounts allocated.
8) To prepare/ initiate credit approval notes for clients and ensure that credit applications including renewals are correctly prepared in accordance with the Bank’s polices and regulatory framework.
9) To ensure that all documentation for a credit proposal is complete and work with the credit quality manager to ensure that there is no security shortfall.
