Greenstar Social Marketing Guarantee Limited Jobs Manager Quality Assurance:
Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Manager– Quality Assurance based at Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure all Sabz Sitara Social Franchise /Sitara Houses receive required training
- To ensure Social Franchisees sign up on the S.E. portal and report data
- To induct high net worth women service providers and gynecologists to Greenstar portfolio and assist Director Social Franchise in newly launched pharma products sales
- Improve quality should result in satisfaction, Infection prevention, productivity, retention, continued services, expansion, stock availability, and selected sales activities
- Will be responsible to impart clinical training of new providers in her territory
- Ensure her territory providers, Agreements/MoUs are signed
- To maintain and update of providers files on quarterly basis in coordination with SFM
- To conduct QAT of all allocated providers as per Donor requirement on quarterly basis
- To provide feedback to providers for key quality area where performance is unsatisfactory
- To develop specific action plan on performance gaps and follow action plan against each gap and keep a follow-up in coordination with SFM
- To train S.F.E.s (Social Franchise Executives) on minimum quality standard
Knowledge and Experience:
- MBBS/ Post Graduate Nurse/LHV from an accredited university/ Institute
- For Doctors: House job and clinical experience of 1 year in a Gynae Unit
- For BSN Nurses/LHV: 03 years of Clinical experience
